At E3Homes, we take a different approach to new residential construction. Rather than present you with a few cookie-cutter blueprints and a handful of options for backsplashes and countertops, we work alongside you as we design your home from top to bottom.

Our process is simpler than it sounds. Thanks to our state-of-the-art 3D architectural software, we implement all of your ideas and feedback as we create a comprehensive plan – complete with exterior views that provide an accurate representation of what your finished home will look like. We strictly adhere to your budget as we design your plan together. And once we have replicated your vision for your dream home, we will continue working with you through the bid process and construction!

Our in-house realty service will also locate the ideal spot for your next home, as well as list your current house for sale if you have not already engaged a real estate agent. Or do you already own the perfect lot for your new home? Even better – let’s break ground right away!

Once we have finalized your floor plan and selected a location, we will provide a detailed bid for your dream home’s construction. If necessary, we will work on budget reallocation to ensure that we meet your expectations for a price you can afford.

We believe communication is indispensable to the home building process, which is why we use CoConstruct software. In addition to centralizing all the details of your project, CoConstruct streamlines communication between you, our vendors, and our subcontractors. We also perform regular walk-throughs, just to make certain everything is progressing according to your wishes.

And finally, voilà – your dream home is no longer an idea or a model, but a reality. You just have to unpack your boxes! And should any issues with your new home arise after your move-in, you can rest assured E3Homes is standing by to address them at once.

Floor Plans

We have created as many floor plans as we have had clients. Come review some of our favorite recent designs.

We had thought the idea of building was a good fit for us for years, but struggled to find a team who met and enhanced our unique vision. When we met Heather and Travis they achieved all we could have hoped for and more. We knew going into our project what our costs would be because of their efficient and effective planning and estimating. Heather and Travis valued our time, money, and ideas, and we love the home they built for us! One of our favorite parts of the process was going to the job site and talking to the subcontractors working on our home. It was clear how much they enjoyed being there and working with E3Homes. The entire process was enjoyable and exciting and I could never recommend E3Homes enough.

Travis’ extensive experience and training as an Engineer becomes readily obvious when he puts his hand to the architecture and design of a new addition or home. You should really peek at his impressive CV to understand his mad skill set. Wow! Marry that to the equally impressive credentials of his brilliant bride Heather, a realtor who was literally born into custom home building as a child. Locally, she’s a highly respected realtor who knows the market, budgeting a building project, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and all the collaterals of building homes. Though she’s pretty as a flower, she’s perfectly capable with a hammer, a circular saw, or a nail gun. Travis and Heather work together every step of the way such that you never know who’s driving the truck and who’s loading it. But what a team they make! Sort of like at my house where I call Jackie “the Director of Standards and practices.” Travis and I both married waaay up.

Anyway, our own experience with this dynamic-duo-husband & wife-team deserves a little explanation… We bought a home that was in pretty tough shape so it had to be refurbished top to bottom. We essentially built a new, much larger home over the top of a well-weathered older home. Travis showed us all kinds of possibilities and variations with his 3D architectural software, based on our dreams. Pretty slick to see what the finished product will be. Once the budget was figured out, they got right to work.

Very shortly after breaking ground, the COVID pandemic struck. That proved to be a huge challenge. When all of the building trades struggled to keep their crews healthy and at work, somehow, Travis and Heather and their “subs” held it all together and with their seasoned insight, wisdom and patience built our dream-come-true home; and they did so with aplomb, attention to detail, quality and Heather chipping in with that priceless woman’s-touch-talent of colors, cabinets, flooring and all the accoutrements of a brand new home, working well within our budget, and considerations of things like resale values, etc. When the pandemic caused building costs of all varieties to explode, Travis and company generously stuck to the quoted estimates. They did NOT cut corners, and we found quality at every turn. In short, we are delighted with our beautiful, new home. It’s a big house and we’ve already filled it with stuff, memories, and grandkids and friends and family who marvel at the warmth and comfort. And so, how can we NOT sing the praises of the home-building team of Travis and Heather, and the craftsmen they shepherd? They are the best of the best, and we highly recommend them!
